Under the JustBe Fitness brand, I offer personal fitness training to help busy individuals achieve a balanced and healthy life. I collaborate with entrepreneurs, mothers, and corporate professionals, understanding the unique challenges they face. There is no need to spend long hours at the gym or follow restrictive diets that eliminate entire food groups. My programs are specifically designed to fit into any busy schedule, providing flexibility and convenience. Additionally, I provide accountability to ensure consistency and support clients in staying committed to their fitness goals throughout the year.

  • You have access to me through my mobile app. You will have a personal trainer in your pocket 24 hours a day. Therefore, you can adapt and modify your training schedule and easily incorporate it into your busy schedule at work, at home, or during your travel activities.

  • You will have a range of options to choose from for various elements of your workouts. For example, for cardio, you could have a Zumba dance session instead of your regular HIIT session. Similarly, you could substitute your end-of-workout static sessions with a Mobility and Flexibility cool-down session. There is a variety to select from.

Upon the completion of the registration process, you will receive a link via your email to register on the mobile app. You will access your workout schedule, and meal guide when you log into the mobile app. The mobile app is compatible with both android and apple devices
No. You can access the workout sessions, through the app, via booked online Zoom sessions or face to face/in person. In-person sessions are only available to clients within the locality. Kindly confirm this during the registration process.
It is recommended. If you want to be healthier, you can incorporate exercise into your busy schedule and this is the right place for you to change your fitness journey.
As an online coach and fitness trainer, it is my goal to help busy mothers, employers, and employees maintain a healthy lifestyle without limiting food choices or spending hours in the gym. My approach is unique, and I will go above and beyond to understand your needs, challenges, and concerns.

If you are stagnated, we will be able to identify the issue and make sure you are moving in the right direction.
The most crucial aspect of your program is your diet.Getting your macros and calories right can literally make or break your progress. Additionally, it is of the utmost importance to plan your meals in the most simple way for you and eliminate any guesswork.
For long-term objectives, we will collaborate and teach you how to think and learn on your own. I would prefer that you pick and choose from a variety of healthy food options so that you can truly determine what works and what doesn't for you. I'm here to help you and offer suggestions as Your Coach.We can add macros and allow you to take an IIFYM approach as you get more advanced.
No. You do not necessarily need to eliminate carbs, however reducing sugar or eliminating it altogether is recommended for health reasons. Speak to me for more information on this. You will learn how to incorporate treats in moderation and in a healthy way.
This is for anyone who has a busy schedule and would love to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle.
It all depends on the situation at hand. Before beginning your workouts with me, ensure that you have your doctor’s consent even if your injury is not recent. Feel free to tell me what you can and cannot do if it is an old injury. I will be sure to avoid re-injury and pain during workouts. However, I would never advise anyone to work through pain or to push past their limits in ways that hurt them. Always train mindfully at all times and let me know if you require any changes to your plan.
